Local knowledge. Global scale
Vorsight delivers sustainable infrastructure through strategic development in Latin America, the Middle East, and the United States.
We specialize in identifying, structuring, and advancing high-impact infrastructure projects across energy storage, clean fuels, housing, and digital infrastructure.
Our current pipeline consists of early-stage developments where we secure land, interconnection, permits, and community alignment. We focus on pre-NTP (Notice to Proceed) execution, positioning each project for acquisition, joint venture, or build-transfer models.
01 Panama: Utility Scale BESS Portfolio
- Scope: 5 x 200MW / 4-hour battery storage sites
- Stage: Land controlled, engineering studies underway, engagement with ETESA
- Goal: Deliver 1GW of storage to support Panama’s energy transition
- Exit Strategy: Sell de-risked project(s) to long-term IPP or fund prior to NTP
02 Chile: Grid Constrained BESS Sites in Santiago
- Scope: 3–4 sites near constrained 138kV–230kV substations
- Stage: Site identification and load profile studies in progress
- Value Proposition: Grid peak-shaving and co-location with future data center capacity
- Target Exit: Q1 2026 pre-NTP exit with permits and interconnection milestones met
03 Oman – Green Data Center + Hydrogen Integration
- Scope: 100MW hyperscale data center with green hydrogen microgrid
- Stage: Land sourcing and investment structuring underway with Invest Oman
- Strategic Aim: Anchor Oman’s clean digital infrastructure initiative
